We are storytellers, which means that we will capture candid, unexpected moments that are unique to your wedding day; while also ensuring that you will have stunning portraiture revealing the extraordinary connection between the two of you. This style is considered “photojournalism” or “documentary” – we call it a natural approach that lets you be you, completely authentic while enjoying your day without a lot of stiff posing or pretense. Bee Two Sweet will create a collection of images that will take you back to what it felt like on your wedding day: every emotion and all of the love.
WHAT DO YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES INCLUDE?

10 hours of coverage with two highly-experienced photographers,
Personal consultation to develop your Wedding Timeline,

Free digital download of high-resolution files with print release, so you can print whatever you wish,
A $300 print credit that you can put toward any printed product, albums included.
On a case-by-case basis, we do consider shorter coverage Monday - Thursday and select weekends – let’s talk, if this applies to you.
DO YOU OFFER MULTI-DAY, DESTINATION, OR ELOPEMENT COVERAGE?
Yes, we also offer Multi-Day, Destination, and Elopement Wedding Coverage. Given the many types of multi-day weddings, destination weddings, and elopements, with each involving varying conditions and different needs; we would love to talk with you personally about what you have in mind for your wedding! DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE SHOOTING IN VARIOUS LIGHTING SITUATIONS?
Yes, we are well-accustomed to working in situations requiring adjustments for lighting conditions. We love natural light and also have a variety of go-to lighting options among our professional gear for low-light environments and portraiture, whatever is needed. Our style is to photograph in a way to evoke the feeling of the room, without need to blast the entire room with flash that would both disturb and ultimately make images look flat. We have a lot of experience capturing ceremony and reception moments using this approach.
HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE DO I NEED?
We want to ensure that you will have enough time for each part of your day without feeling rushed or concerned about your photographers missing any amazing moments, whether from the first part of your day, when you are getting ready for your ceremony; or the last part of the day, when you and your friends are celebrating on the dance floor or when it’s almost time for your grand exit. We start with 10 hours of coverage, and throughout your planning process, we can discuss adding more coverage to your day if need be! CAN WE SUBMIT A LIST OF “MUST HAVE” PHOTOS?
By the time your wedding day arrives, we will have already worked together with you to outline your family photos, including names and relationships, so we can begin to familiarize ourselves with the most important people in your lives; and we will have outlined plans for photos with your wedding attendants and your couple portraits as well. We do all of this so you can then work with your planner and other vendors to develop a meaningful wedding day schedule. Of course, if you have special “not-to-be-missed” requests, like a family heirloom veil or piece of jewelry, we want to know all about those!
We encourage our couples to fully explore Bee Two Sweet’s website to view Blog posts and our Portfolio, which follows a wedding day timeline. We can also offer the opportunity to look through full weddings and Wedding Albums, all of which will hopefully provide the level of confidence to assure you that we will be covering all of the high points and details: from getting ready before the ceremony, to the first kiss, cutting the cake … all the way through to high-energy dance moves at the reception and grand exit.
HOW SOON AFTER OUR WEDDING WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
We aim to have your images finalized 10-12 weeks after your wedding day, during which time we will edit your photos and create your private online gallery with a login for you to download your high-resolution digital files with no watermark. You can also share a guest link to this gallery with friends and family, who will have the opportunity to purchase prints or digital copies through your gallery if they elect to do so. We encourage our couples to work directly with us to purchase larger-scale prints or wall art, so we can ensure the highest quality and, if you wish, work with you to design a photo montage series.
WILL I RECEIVE ALL OF THE PHOTOS YOU TAKE?
We will take a lot of photos on your wedding day. The nature of our work will sometimes involve what are called “bursts” of photos, which are simply multiple photos taken in rapid succession of the same moment in time. We do this to ensure we get the best shots of the most special moments of your day and to obtain group shots where everyone’s eyes are opened or where everyone is engaged. Our goal is to provide you with an amazing collection of the best photos that we have edited and fine-tuned before we deliver to you. This is the best part of our job as professional photographers!
The copyright release lets you print and share your photos for personal use only – you can share them on social media (please remember to credit Bee Two Sweet Photography!) or print any images you wish (we advise that you work with us to make sure you get the highest Archival-Quality Prints)!
Here’s what you can’t do: re-edit the photos, including by using AI, Instagram or other filters for public sharing; use them for business purposes or sell them for commercial use; enter them into photo competitions or other contests (one exception below); or post them online without attributing credit to Bee Two Sweet Photography.
All of that said, we know that you’ve put so much effort into the planning and execution of your wedding, with both of you looking amazing. So, if you would like to submit your wedding photos to a wedding magazine or blog for consideration, we would be honored and delighted to help you!
WHAT DOES YOUR COPYRIGHT RELEASE ALLOW ME TO DO WITH MY PHOTOS?
DO YOU OFFER VIDEOGRAPHY/
CINEMATOGRAPHY SERVICE?
We work with videography teams whose approach and style complements our own and are happy to email you referrals.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A PHOTO BOOTH?
Yes! We can provide a portable photo studio, which is manned by a third photographer. The images will be delivered with your wedding gallery, digitally, but we are not able to print on site. We can even provide custom backdrops. Let's talk!
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we have premium liability insurance for ourselves and our gear. The insurance protects us, you and your guests, and your venue. We can provide a copy of our certificate to your venue upon request.
DO YOU USE BACK-UPS?
Yes! Your images will be captured on two cards within our cameras (one primary and one back-up). Your images are backed up to external hard drives immediately after your wedding. We also have back-up cameras with us at all times, multiple lenses, and back-up batteries.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU BECOME UNAVAILABLE FOR ANY REASON ON MY WEDDING DAY?
In the unlikely scenario that we would not be able to photograph your wedding, we can call on a fantastic network of highly experienced professional wedding photographers. We rise to the occasion and support one another. We would work closely with you to introduce you and ensure you would be comfortable and confident.
DO YOU REFUND ANY PORTION OF OUR FEES IF WE CANCEL OUR WEDDING?
When we reserve your wedding date, that means we cannot work with any other wedding couples. Consequently, we are unable to return your booking fee.
WHY SHOULD I GET A WEDDING ALBUM?
The images in your wedding album will tell the story of your wedding, images of some of the most spectacular and emotional moments of your lives. They should not languish and eventually stagnate within the confines of your memory cards or computer hard drive. They deserve to be treated with care in a beautiful keepsake that can be enjoyed by you and your family, for years to come. We love knowing that you and your family will be exchanging stories, laughing, crying, as you remember and reflect on the events of your day … growing closer together while gaining more insight into one another in the process. Because that’s what images do: they connect people in ways nothing else can.
Having something you can touch and hold is also very different from clicking through images on a screen, which has its place. Your wedding, however, deserves a place of honor, a place where no matter what turn technology may take, you can always count on it remaining constant. No worries about plugging in a 20-year-old flash drive or external hard drive when the computer system has become obsolete. Plus, your prints will be of archival quality, bound in hand-crafted leather, meant to last a lifetime.
You might choose a larger photo album for yourselves and smaller versions for mom and dad, as gifts. We can also help you with prints to frame for grandma to put on the mantle or piano.
We will design your wedding album, free of charge
While you may have every intention of creating an album yourselves, we know that life has a habit of getting in the way. As we are trained in design, we will design your album layout, selecting image sequences and combinations that will become a lasting work of art. We will offer you the opportunity to modify if you would like to swap out photos, providing guidelines and instruction.
