Yesterday afternoon I witnessed one of the most beautiful and emotional proposals at the Kennedy Center. Joe surprised Liz as they walked into Millennium Hall to see the Army Blues and everything went exactly as planned. I am so excited for these two!! Congratulations Liz & Joe!!!
